Who We Are
Pyramid Renovation and Construction Ltd, a company operating in Mauritius, has been active for more than ten years in the construction industry is duly registered with the Construction Industry Development Board in Mauritius for building construction, civil engineering construction works and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works so as to undertake construction works as per the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Act 2008. Over that period, we have undertaken a number of residential, industrial and commercial construction and renovation projects to the satisfaction of our clients that include both private and public bodies.
Business Activities
The company is an adequately equipped construction company with the necessary manpower, know-how, plant and equipment and financial standing to be able to undertake:
- building construction works, including reinforced concrete and steel framed buildings, general building maintenance and refurbishment, painting works, interior decoration and fit-out works (ceiling panels, partitioning, built-in fitments, furniture, joinery and general flooring and raised floor works etc.), waterproofing installation, plumbing and drainage (installation, repair and servicing of water and gas pipe, sanitary works, plumbing fixtures, mains and drainage), etc.
- civil engineering construction works, including excavation and earthwork, clearing of site, landscaping, tarmac, pavement, drains, landscaping, sewerage and water supply works, land surveying etc
- mechanical and electrical works, including air conditioning and ventilation systems, plumbing works, fire prevention and protection system and telecommunication installation.
Amongst our activities are landscape architecture including site planning, town
and urban planning, environmental restoration, parks and recreation planning,
visual resource management, green infrastructure planning and provision, and
private residence landscape master planning and design.
All our sites are supervised by professional and qualified key site
management and technical personnel with a vast experience. We are committed to
provide the best quality at the optimum cost.

annexed herewith and is ample proof of the good health, seriousness and
